Cornerways House
We were very excited to be a part of the renovation of this beautiful property, with an imposing 1930’s front elevation and beautiful gardens to the rear of the property that extend around to the side of the house. Our design team worked together with our client to create a beautiful home for their family with a warm, welcoming outdoor area for entertaining guests.
Our clients had a vision, to keep the original look of the house but to also add a contemporary twist. Cladding was used on the outdoor wall area, creating the cobblestone effect. Our Aged Wood range was used outdoors and is available in both classic and modern colours which create space and a warm ambiance, as well as the extraordinary practical and lasting performance of porcelain. Both ranges together created the welcoming and contemporary feeling whilst giving them the practicality of using the outdoor space.
One of the focal points of the house is the swimming pool, we used the cladding installed outdoors as a feature on the main wall of the swimming pool, this created the indoor/outdoor feel. The beauty of our Base range which was used on the floor area, showcases natural marble giving an elegant finish.
The same colour palate was used to flow through into the living area – our Elements range was perfect for this, the timeless beauty of natural stone giving a modern finish allowing natural light to flow throughout the property.
